Ashleigh has over 18 years experience working with all spectrums of client; from the small business owner up to the multi million turnover business and high net worth clients. Before founding Ripple, Ashleigh spent the last 7 years working for Deloitte which further broadened her experience and skills, and prior to that worked for two small/ medium local accounting firms. She now believes in bringing a more personable approach to her client relationships, along with the quality of the big 4, but at local prices.

In her personal time, Ashleigh looks after her three small boys, enjoys the 'good life' of out door living, any sorts of arts and crafts, and salsa dancing.
