Changing Accountants

If you already have an account, the prospect of transferring to a new accountant can seem daunting and time consuming. Should you choose to appoint us as your accountant, we would make the transition process as smooth as possible.

We will wait until you authorise us to do so before contacting your old accountant. If required, we can draft a letter for you to your existing accountant, explaining that you have made the decision to move to us, asking them to release to us any information we request from them. All you need to do is sign the letter.

We will then clarify with your old accountant that there are no professional reasons why we should not act on your behalf. We will also request your most recent accounts/tax return from them so that you don't have to worry about providing these to us.

All you have to do is complete some simple details and we do the rest.
